The software is very powerful and is very comparable to the Microsoft Office products. You are able to open and use files with tons of different file extensions such as .xls (older excel files), .xlsx (newer excel files), .doc (older word files), .docx (newer word files), and tons of other file types. You may also save files to virtually any file type and export directly to Adobe PDF from the software interface. Great product.
